As Trump and his thugs manufacture fake crises across our nation, we see major cities being militarized without reason—at Trump’s instruction—and in doing so, he violates the Tenth Amendment and Posse Comitatus, U.S. federal laws, that restrict the use of the U.S. military and/or National Guard to enforce domestic laws or be summoned without request from a sitting governor of the state(s) in question. We all know Trump’s clear vision is to establish an autocracy. He has already succeeded in transforming our country into a full authoritarian state, but folks, he’s not finished, and we all know it.
