Fundraise for what??? Incessant ads that annoy the crap out of us? Worked really well for Raja, didn't it? Start by banning negative ads. You tell us what you are FOR, not why the other guy is a weasel.
We need to follow the Canadians:
• Public campaign subsidies (public and per-vote) along with private contributions (21% of the total)

Add Australian rules.
• Universal voter registration
• Compulsory voting for all on the rolls.
•Ranked choice voting
"weekly" emails begging for a donation? There are some I get DAILY. They get unsubscribed from. Others, I do what I can, depending.
It is deafening. I remember.
The very same reason I passed up the chance to run in 1990.
